Barbara Ann Sutherland Mask

Barbara Ann Sutherland Mask, 78, passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021. She was the Mayor of Minor Lane Heights Subdivision from the late 80’s through the early 90’s. Barbara enjoyed cooking, sewing, baking, and talking with family and friends. She retired from JP Morgan after several years of service. Barbara loved reading and watching scary movies. Her family was her greatest joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Sutherland and Ann Russell; children, Billy, Bonnie, and Nina; siblings, Steve, Sherry, and Evelyn.

Left to cherish Barbara’s memory are her children, David Mask (Deborah), Robert Mask (Jennifer), Kenya Mask; 3 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; sister, Patricia Jackson; nieces and nephew, Nita Johnson, Tishuna Bowling-Spight, and Michael Randle.

The Funeral Service will be Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 12:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with visitation from 10:00am until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, Barbara’s family requests donations in her honor should be directed to the UofL Brown Cancer Center, 529 S. Jackson St., Louisville, KY 40202.
