Bernard was a self- employed Attorney who practiced law in Louisville. He was also a devoted custom car collector.
His parents, William and Biddie Watts, brother, Jerry Watts and nephew Jeremy Watts preceded Bernard in death.
Left to cherish his memory is his brother Ricky Watts, niece, Deana Porter and her children, Jeremiah, Tyler and Breanna Blake, Abbigail, Adrianna and Rylan Jacob Deleon and Hayden Porter, and other family members, Dwayne Downing and Dawn Watts.
Funeral Services for Bernard will be private for the family.
