Mrs. Phillips was a longtime member of Parkland Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Baisil Phillips Sr.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Virginia L. May, Janice M. Hogue (Jerry), Baisil Phillips Jr. (Marie); sister, Kathleen Neal; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and her special friend, Margie Laytham.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday 12 noon at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2-7 p.m. Sunday.
