She was the former Betty Joann Kapple a native of Louisville and retired from General Electric after 25 years of service and was a Catholic by faith.
She is survived by her children, Debra Singleton (George), Douglas Lee Gibson (Karen) and Heather L. Buckley; sister, Barbara Pfeiffer; brothers, David (Janice) and Mike (Debra) Kapple; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral service: 10 a.m. Friday at O. D. White Funeral Home, 2727 S. 3rd St. with burial in St. Michael Cemetery. Visitation: 3-8 p.m. Thursday.
