She was the former Betty Moore and a native of Sharpsburg, KY. She was retired from Sears after 30 years as a sales clerk.
Mrs. Hegler was preceded in rest by her husband, Robert C. Hegler.
She is survived by her son, Robert Hegler (Robin); a brother, Ewell Moore (Francis); and three sisters, Della Shrout (Bill), Beulah Hart (Frank) and Junie Black.
Her funeral service will be on Thursday at noon at the Arch L. Heady Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 8519 Preston Highway, with interment following in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-8p.m.
