Betty was born August 3rd, 1948 in Owensboro, KY to William Sr. and Wanda Payne. She graduated from Spaulding University in 1969 with a degree in Medical Technology.
She was preceded in death by her father William Payne Sr. She is survived by her husband Edward Klein; 2 children, Brian Klein (Tracey) and Sara Glass (Chris); 2 grandchildren, Tyler and Amy Glass; her mother, Wanda Payne; 4 siblings, Judy Hurm, William Payne Jr., Joyce Payne and Linda Dant.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 19th at Arch L Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd., with a service at 1:00 p.m. and burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
