

She was well known for selling fine jewelry, having worked at Bacon’s and Dillards, for 36 years. She loved the Kentucky Derby, Churchill Downs and college basketball. What Betty loved the most was her family and devoting her life to them.
Betty is preceded in death by her sons, Douglass E. Stoll and Brent F. Stoll Sr., and a sister, Martha L. Sell.
She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Don Stoll, their son, Dr. Brian Stoll and wife Joanna, and a daughter-in-law, Gwen Stoll, her sister, Millie King and husband Bob, grandchildren; Melodi, Jennifer, Chip, Hannah, Jacob, great grandchildren; Jaydon, Carter, Brentley, Meadow and one on the way. Betty is also survived by her nephew, Brad King and his children; Hunter, Madison and Megan.
A funeral service to celebrate Betty’s life will be conducted at 12 noon on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven 4400 Bardstown Rd with entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 2-8pm on Monday, April 18, 2016 and after 10 am the day of the funeral.
