“Bev” or “MaMa” as she was known to her grandchildren, always had a big smile, an “oh my goodness” and a genuine zest for life. A former Pix Shoe store employee, Bev enjoyed being around people and helping them anyway she could. Bev loved her family, her music, playing BINGO and visits to Checks, where she was a groupie of the Checkmates. Bev truly enjoyed getting together with family and friends, where her famous Chicken & Dumplings and Banana Bread were always a big hit. She is survived by her husband Don McGrath Sr., and her four children, Charles Riebel (Susan), Terry Riebel (Julie), George Riebel (Jennifer) and Cindy Barnett (David). She is also survived by her former husband, Henry Charles Riebel Sr. A devoted grandmother, Bev leaves behind nine grandchildren, (Codey, Shane, Bella, Joel, Camille, Wynston, Corinne, Ryan and Kyle) and three great grandchildren (Riley, William and Sutton) who she cherished and was always willing to spoil. She also had three stepchildren, Ronnie, Don Jr. (Cheryl) and Danny (Lori) and their children, (Alex, Craig, Brandon and Britttany). Bev was also blessed with seven great-step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mom and dad (Martin and Alice Epperson) as well as her brothers (Martin Jr. and Donald) and sister (Rita). Bev is survived by three brothers (Bob, George and Charlie Epperson) and two sisters (Helen Marie Schmidt and Norma Jean Brown).
