Billie Jean Couch, age 73, entered eternal life on November 17, 2017 after a long illness. She joins her parents, her sisters, Anna Mae Boggs, Martha Williams, Mirrel Brown, Doris Good and Nancy Jo Halcomb.
Billie Jean was born on October 17, 1944 in Cumberland, KY to Henry and Callie Miracle. She retired from General Eclectic after 30 years of service as an assembler. Billie Jean was a member of Radiant Life Church of God.
Billie Jean is missed by her husband, Bobby; her daughters Marshia J. Woosley (Richard) and Shirleen J. Colyer; step-children, Joseph P Couch (Laura) and Patricia A Edwards (Steve); grandchildren, BradDon, Emily, Adien, Leaha and Brenden; great-grandchildren, Everly and Rosie; and her siblings, James A Miracle (Mary) and Betty Elkins.
A celebration of Billie Jean’s life will be held at 12PM on Monday, November 20, 2017, at Arch l. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville.
Billie Jean will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitors will be received by the family on Sunday, November 19, 2017 from 1 to 5 pm and Monday from 10 am until time of service, at the funeral home.
