Billy Joe McNeill Jr., 58, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 17, 2016 with family by his side. He was born April 20, 1958 in Louisville KY to the late Billy Sr. and Virginia Tichenor McNeill.
A celebration of Billy’s life will be held 12 pm, Monday, May 23, 2016 in Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment to follow in Highland Memory Gardens.
Friends may visit Sunday from 12-6 pm at the funeral home.
