He is preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Jane Hall and their son, Billy F. Ralston Jr.
He is survived by his daughters, Pamela J. Wilson (Zac) and Bonnie G. Campbell (Jerry); a brother, Bob Ralston (Barbara); niece, Regina L Warren and nephews, Todd F. Ralston and Michael E. Ralston.
A memorial service to celebrate Billy Sr. and Billy Jr’s lives will be conducted at 2pm Wednesday, March 4, 2015 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with inurnment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 1-2pm Wednesday.
