Billy Ray Sewell, 86 of Brooks, KY, passed away Friday, September 11, 2026. He was born October 7, 1939, to the late Brutus and Patsy Sewell of Madison County, KY. Billy was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 65 years: Donna S. Sewell; his daughters: Vicki Williams and Stacy Allen (Gary); his grandchildren: Brandy Hurley (Andy) and Ryan Williams (Kelsey); his great-grandchildren: Chloe Marmino (Michael), Ava Hurley, Jack Hurley, Oliver Williams, and Nova Williams; his great-great-granddaughter: Mia Marmino; and his sister: Donna DeVere.
Visitation will be 3-6 PM Sunday, September 20, 2026 at Arch L Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218 with a service beginning at 6 PM. Billy will be laid to rest 2 PM Monday, September 21 at Resthaven Memorial Park.
