Bobby Gene Callaway, 80, of Shepherdsville passed away on Friday February 12, 2021. He was born on December 28, 1940 in Louisville to the late Otis Callaway, Sr., and Laura (Crawford) Callaway. Mr. Callaway was retired from Phillip Morris, a lifetime member of the NRA, a KY Colonel, a member of the Louisville Metro Steel Guitar Club, and a Baptist by faith. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Barbara Callaway; daughters, Lisa Hollkamp (Tom), Lora Kline (Ernie), Debra Haines (Scott), and Rhonda Villegas; step daughter, Cynnthea Teasley; step son, James Freeman; 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at noon on Monday at the Arch L. Heady Southern Chapel, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with entombment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West Mausoleum.
