Bonnie Louise Reed Johnson, 82, of Brandenburg, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013, at the Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY. She was born October 25, 1931 in Wilburton, OK, to the late; Andrew Jackson and Dora Thrasher Reed. She was a retired Nurse Assistant in the Labor and Delivery rooms. She was a Baptist by faith.
She is survived by her children; Gil Johnson (Clo) , Elizabeth Jones (Gary), of Brandenburg, KY, Steve Johnson, Teresa McClellon, and Jeff Johnson (Alan). Her seven grandchildren; Liz Percival, Jeff Jones, Breanna McClellon, and Sara McClellon, Jenny Johnson, Tamara Johnson, and Lynn Matthews, her great-grandchildren; Reed Percival, Mya Jones, Brayden Jones, and Thomas Matthews. Her sister Norma Babb.
A service to celebrate Bonnie's life will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave. with burial at Bethany Cemetery, on Dixie Highway. Visitation will be held 11 to 1 pm Wednesday.
