She was preceded in death by her father, James W. Frazier Sr.; and sisters, Valarie Fenwick, Polly Jo Frazier and Rebecca Ruth Frazier.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Albert E. Proctor Jr.; siblings, James W. Frazier Jr., Edward A. Frazier and Samuel J. Benzinger Jr.; mother, Valarie J. Benzinger (Dorce Andrews); stepfather, Samuel J. Benzinger Sr.; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Sarah.
A funeral service will be held Monday, January 22, 2018 at 12 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel with burial to follow at Highland Memory Garden’s, Mount Washington. Visitation will be Monday from 9 am-12 pm at the funeral home.
