Brian Joseph Madison, 43, of Louisville passed away on Friday, February 22, 2013 at his residence.
Brian is survived by his mother, Jean Madison; father, James Madison; brother, David Madison (Katherine Block); and niece Meredith Eskridge (David).
Visitation for Brian will be from 4-8pm on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Evergreen Funeral Home. There will be no funeral service. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
