Bruce was retired from General Electric. He was also an Air Force Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie; his parents, Roy Spruill Sr.and Dolores Baker.
He is survived two daughters, Tabitha Bahr (Brent), Jennifer Danzinger (Troy); three grandchildren; Madelynn, Jackson and Tanner; siblings, Phyllis Burns, Elizabeth Spadie (Freddie), Roy Spruill Jr.(Beatrice) and Bonnie Thevenot (Mike).
Visitation for Bruce will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday from 10:00 AM to the service time at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY. 40258. Bruce's service will be held Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 12:00 noon at Heady-Hardy funeral home. Entombment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park 4400 Bardstown Road.
