Calvin is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Sandra; his children, Robin Butler (Dennis), David, Kevin, Calvin III (Stacy), Brad, and Brett. He is also survived by his brothers, Larry (Juanita), Robert (Jane), Ray (Sherry); sister, Carol; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 2:00pm at Arch L Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville Kentucky, 40218. Visitation is set for Monday, November 14, 2016 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm and Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 10:00pm until time of service.
