Cameron Cannon, 26, of Louisville passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019.

Cameron loved Rubik’s cubes, music and gaming. He was warm and funny and kind. He was touched by so many people in the recovery community, and it really filled his heart to be able to reach back and help the people starting their journeys. He was known for his mad skills with the Rubik’s Cube. He was an avid gamer his whole life. Many friendships flourished over video games. He shared a monumental love for music with everyone he knew. He was a thinker. He was a giver. He was one of a kind.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Greg (Heather) Cannon and Lori Denham; sister, Sophie; girlfriend, Charity Pike and her son Sacha; Grandmother, Barbara; and many friends and other loving family members that will miss him dearly.

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 2pm in Evergreen Dignity Memorial Chapel. The visitation will be Tuesday from 2-8pm.

Memorial Donations in Cameron’s name can be made to the Healing Place.

I am sorry I only had the opportunity to meet Cameron on one occasion but in only that one brief encounter I could tell what a genuinely good guy he was . Reading all the tributes to Cameron I see that I was right.

Lori , Greg and Sophie I wish there were words to ease your broken hearts . You and all who loved Cameron are in my prayers and thoughts. With my deepest sympathy. Moncie

I remember a sweet little man playing Mario, excited to tell me all about how many rings he collected. I remember a smart little soul with a brand new pair of tennis shoes who wanted to have different color laces to help him tell the left from the right. I remember a young man, protective and loving to his little sister, and I had the privilege of having a small glimpse in the window of your childhood. Cameron, May your star shine bright.

Lori, Greg and Sophie, my heart is broken for you. Love to you all.
