A visitation will be held at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, located at 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky, 40218, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, February 12, 2026, starting at 10:00 am.
A committal service will follow on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Resthaven Memorial Park.
