Carol was a parish member of St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church. She also did Faith training at Parkland Baptist Church.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents, William and Rose Welker; and brother, Billy Welker.
Carol is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, James Mills; son, Eric Mills (Michelle); grandsons, Jacob and Joshua Mills; and siblings, Clarence Welker, Beverly Sauer (Albert), and Dianna Welker.
A memorial service will be held at 10am on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Evergreen Funeral Home. Cremation was chosen.
