Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, John and Dorothy (Owen) Heck; brother, Carl Heck; and daughter, Kimmie (Bayens) Keeling.
She was a loving wife and homemaker for 57 years. She is survived by her devoted husband, Gerald Bayens; sons, Gary and Kenny Bayens; daughter, Cathy (Bayens) Thomas; brothers, Jack and Dennis Heck; sister, Marilyn (Heck) Triplett; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A celebration of life service will be 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday from noon-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
Carolyn was the epitome of a wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be dearly missed.
