Carolyn Ann Lesher

Carolyn was born on October 11, 1931, to John Jacob and Mary Carolyn Lesher in Louisville KY. She was a high school graduate of Ursuline Sisters & Academy. Carolyn worked at Pepsi Cola Bottling company, for 42 years.

She loved to bowl, travel, and spend time at Camp with her family. Carolyn was an Elvis fan and would love to have a laugh or two watching the Golden Girls. In her later years you could find her swinging on the front porch of her family home, or in the backyard feeding all of God’s creatures. She was a devout Catholic, with a generous soul.

Carolyn is survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews, great-great nieces/nephews, great-great-great nieces/nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John Jacob & Mary Carolyn Lesher. Two older brothers Jack Lesher, and Fritz/Virginia Lesher. One older sister, Mary Elizabeth Higgins, and four nephews, Danny Higgins, Billy Higgins, Bernie Lesher and Joe Lesher.

Carolyn’s visitation will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025 from 3pm-8pm at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 10am at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 1020 East Burnett Ave, Louisville, KY 40217. Burial will follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers consider donating to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Carolyn’s favorite place to donate. Or perhaps, Hosparus of Elizabethtown, KY for taking such great care of her.
