She is preceded in death by her mother, Patricia T. Bowling. Cat is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Scott Tomes, their children, Lainey Tomes and Ryan Tomes, her father, Joseph R. Bowling, M.D., her siblings Marcia Bowling, Brittany Brohm and husband Charles and a niece, Sage Brohm. Cat is also survived by her two loyal dogs, Barron and Birdie.
Cat was best known for her compassion, sense of humor and her ability to make anyone feel comfortable and like they’ve known her their whole lives. Her 26 year career as a nurse demonstrated this ability and as a result her patients and co-workers adored her.
Cat was cherished and loved by all who knew her; she was a beloved wife, mother and daughter. She loved music and enjoyed hanging out with her family and friends of more than 35 years and cuddling with her dogs.
Cat will be missed by so many. She was truly the best of us and will forever be remembered and loved.
