Cathy was deeply devoted to her family. Whether it was chatting on the phone, visiting, or a large family gathering; she was easy to make laugh and enjoyed being present with everyone. Her kindness and thoughtfulness showed through in the gifts she gave, the questions she asked, or the long hugs she freely gave out. As much as Cathy loved her family, she loved the Lord. The love of Jesus she displayed gives us the blessed assurance that she is watching down lovingly from heaven with her dogs by her side once again.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lukat.
Left to cherish her memory is her son Brandon; her sister, Cheryl Young (Tim), along with many extended family members and dear friends.
In honor of Cathy's wishes, no services will be scheduled.
A private inurnment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery.
