Downs, Charles A. Sr., 89, went home to be with his wife, Jean; daughter, Mary; and son, Gary on March 16, 2017.
Survivors include his sons, Charles A. Jr., and David W.; 2 grandsons and 4 great-grandchildren.
A visitation is scheduled for Monday, March 20, 2017 at Arch L Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville Kentucky, 40218 from 11:00am until 1:00pm.
