He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Fowler; parents, Walter and Bessie Fowler; and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Free(Donnie); grandchildren, Stephen Free(Sherry) and Stacey Surbaugh; great-grandchildren, Jared Free(Shelby Morrison), Hailey Free, Olivia Surbaugh, and Emily Surbaugh; sister-in-law, Margy Fowler; and several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Evergreen Funeral Home from 2pm-7pm.
