Charles was a retired police lieutenant for the Louisville Police Department, with 23 years of service.
He was also a Marine Corp veteran.
Charles is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Bonnie Fuller; children, Phillip Charles Fuller (Shannon), Robert Fuller, Mark Fuller, Kim Simpson, Chris Fuller, and Dianne Fuller; and sister Juanita Ewing.
Evergreen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and all services are private.
The Fuller family would like memorial donations to be made to the Salvation Army in memory of Charles.
