Charles A. “Chuck” Lewis, 76, of Louisville, passed away June 25, 2023. He was an Air Force veteran and an avid hunter and fisherman.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Maxine Lewis. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Anderson Lewis; son, Chris Lewis; brother, Bill Lewis(Jeannie); sister, Sally Osborn(Mark); and several nieces and nephews.
The family has chosen cremation, and a memorial service will be announced for a later date. Memorial donations in Chuck’s memory can be made to Palliative Care of Baptist Health Louisville.
