Charles Cecil McGinnis, age 86, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023.
Charles (Mac) McGinnis is survived by his three children and one grandchild; Charles (Muggs) McGinnis (Michelle), Cathie O’Brien, Matt McGinnis, and Katie O’Brien.
