Charles was a Vietnam War Army veteran.
He was a member of Amvets Post #9.
Charles is preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Norris.
Charles is survived by his children, Tammy Cornett (Spc. Cornett), Vincent Norris (Nicole), Michael Norris (Nicole), Chad "Butchie" Payton, and Aaron Enderwitz ; 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; father, Charles Norris, Sr.; siblings, James Norris (Wendy), Raymond Norris, and Brenda Randall.
Funeral service will be 12pm on Monday, July 16, 2012 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-8pm on Saturday and 12pm-8pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Disabled Veterans of Amierica.
