If you ever ask Charlie about this crooked finger, he would tell you a wild tale about how I broke it. Believe it or not, it is a funny story and any time we were together, he was always regaling me about it. He was a wonderfully funny and lovable man to be around. I am so happy that my grandson had the great opportunity of being Charlie's "goffer" for two years in the Toys for Tots bike room. God bless him, his fingers perfect again. Semper Fi Charlie, rest in peace.
