Charles retired from National Tobacco.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lucille; brother, John and sister, Elaine.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Charles (Laurie) Vandivier Jr., daughter Shanna (Shawn) Howlett and James (Tracy) Vandivier; 4 grandchildren, Brittany, Nathan, Zoe and Shane; a sister, Ruth Hatler; a host of nieces and nephews and his beloved pet, Nicky.
A visitation for Charles will be held Friday, August 1, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3601 Taylor Blvd. His funeral will occur at 2:00 PM, with burial immediately following at Resthaven Memorial Park.
