Born in Jeffersontown, KY, Charlotte was a member of the Immanuel United Church of Christ and was a very talented seamstress and loved to crochet.
Ms. Brown is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Mark) Gish; granddaughter, Kalie Gish; sister, Marie McGill; and brother, Charles (Shirley) Roederer.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Brown; sisters, Norma Roederer, and Lucille Rothenberger; and her parents, Charles and Ernestine Rupp Roederer.
A celebration of Charlottes life will be noon Tuesday February 11, 2014 at Arch L Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday February 10, 2014 at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to The Crusade for Children.
