Chelsey Marie Noe I can't believe i'm writing this. My neice, my bestfriend, my baby girl I just want to let you know that you made a lot of good memories in your life in your Mom, Dad, Sister, Damon, Koal, Aaron, Harlow, Maverick, Ryker, Mine, Ricky's, RJ, Haleigh, Tia, and Kendall's life and I can't forget nor will I ever forget any of the memories that we had made together from scary movies to sharing a bucket together and only certain people will know what i'm talking about I'm gonna miss your hugs, gonna miss watching you get excited when we all walk through your front door. I do know I wish you were still chasing me with your chucky doll or trying to get me to come close to him but just know that Maverick chased me in the bathroom with him and got me to come out by saying he just wants a hug. Chelsey baby girl you are very much missed down here and we Love you my Angel baby. I'll take care of them all I promise. 

My sincere condolences to Chelseys mom and family. Chelsey was very much loved by staff and her peers at Kaleidoscope and will be sorely missed by many people whose paths Chelsey crossed. Rest in peace Chelsey, we love you! Nurse Brenda

Don't really know what to say. This family is missing a link today. Chelsey Marie went away. To be with family in the highest level you can get. God called her home because she was needed. 
We set and cry and ask why, but it comes back to God wanted her home.  Her sweet smile that goes so beautiful with her soul. I know it we be hard on our family that's true, but I can't understand and never will, her mother,  sister, and grandmother have endure this pain that we will never know.   I do know she is dancing in the air with her Grandpa's. Grandmother's brushing her hair, her life sure fill our family with love. This young lady will surely be missed. This hurts a lot… Working with you was the best job I EVER had even though it was only 6 months it was more than enough time to grow an amazing  bond with you. You were always happy came through those doors smiling, you had fun with you friends & staff at the program, always did crafts, puzzles , played games, and sang Karaoke every Friday the same song her favorite “Stay” by Sugarland. That sweet and sour attitude of yours will be missed.  This girl would watch all the horror movies on my phone and she knew I was scared she’d always try to get my attention when the scary parts came. I remember the spa days pink nails and toes. Chels your always my girl💕 I’m so glad I got to meet you! I’m so happy I got to see you on your birthday. My memory of you will always be GREAT🫶🏾.

Chelsea always had a way to cheer somebody up just by me and around her not every day was a sad day when you were around her she always brought the happiness. Out of you. And she knew how to have fun. She knew how to love she knew how to care, and she always loved being around family not a day goes by well she’ll be forgotten not a day goes by she will not be loved and forever remember the smile that he had end up brightness that he lighted up a room. And so when you’re down and missing her, thank that beautiful smile that she always carried. and no, she will always be there. Never mess never forgotten always loved and cherish and in though.

Chelsey Marie I just don’t even know what to say but I do know that I’m heartbroken 💔 You are the greatest soul to ever touch this here earth. You are my greatest angel 😇 Thank you so much for your love and laughter that you blessed me with. Thank you for so many memories that will make me smile through the tears. I will forever cherish all of our memories. Remember when we would sleep on granny Debbie couch and every morning I would hear you waking me up saying “tidney tidney” and I would roll off of the couch and pretend to hurt myself just bc I knew it would make you laugh? Remember all the times I would hold you in my arms and dance around the house? Remember all the times we ate spaghetti o’s and meatballs and watched “nasty”(aka scary) movies ? Remember all of the times we would play Yahtzee and you would grab aunt Jannie by the hair bc you didn’t like her being mean to your tidney? We have so many, and I will always remember!! I LOVE YOU CHELSEY MARIE 🕊

Omg, I am so sorry. We were just talking about here and saying how sweet she was, and hhow the day you guees came to visit at lunch. All she wanted to do was sit on my lap, even though she was longer then me. Carmen ,RoseI love you both.Sha was a special lady. My Heart, love & preayers to all.
