Cherry LaVerne Knott, 79, of Louisville, passed away January 1, 2020. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Karen Fisher and Debbie Combs; her husband, Joe Knott; and her sisters, Dena and Doris. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Cherry Watson(James), Gene Fisher(Lisa J.), Elzie Watson Jr.(Bridgette), Carla Rayenell(Joe Riggs), and Melissa Grayson; grandchildren, Jennifer Goff(Mike), Chad Watson(Andrea), Elzie Watson III, Jesse Watson, Alexandria Grayson, Jessica Grayson, Cody Fisher(Melissa), Bradley Fisher(Sydney), Michelle Fisher, Daniel Fisher, Eric Graham, Michael Graham, Amanda Graham, Austin Sturgill(Melissa), and Travis Sturgill(Taylor); 25 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Franklin Shaw(Janie). Funeral service will be 10am Monday, January 6, 2020 at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8pm Sunday.
