Chun Lee

Chun Ja Lee, 85, of Louisville, KY passed away to be with the Lord on January 28, 2025. Born on March 15, 1940 in Chun Ann, South Korea, Chun was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, entrepreneur, and most importantly a dedicated Christian. From helping to deliver babies to inserting PICC lines into patients, she spent 42 years in this area as a very dedicated nurse focused on helping people. In the meantime, Chun also was a “ninja” entrepreneur within the local commercial real estate market in Louisville, KY. Above all, her true passion was her relationship with the Lord and serving in her local church.

Chun is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Hyun; her two (2) sons, Ken and Sam; her two (2) daughter-in-laws, Sue and Jamie; and her four (4) grandchildren, Sidney, Isaiah, Mason, and Gia.

For those wanting to pay their condolences to the family, the visitation will be held on 2/4/25 from Noon to 6:00 PM EST. Service will be held promptly at 6:00 PM EST. The committal and burial will be held on 2/5/25 at 11:00 AM. All of the events will be held at Arch L Heady at Resthaven & Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, KY.

이춘자 성도(향년 85세)는 2025년 1월 28일 켄터키 루이빌에서 주님의 부르심을 받으셨습니다. 1940년 3월 15일 대한민국 천안에서 출생하신 고인은 헌신적인 아내이자 어머니, 할머니, 사업가였으며, 무엇보다도 신실한 크리스천이셨습니다. 출산을 돕는 일부터 환자에게 PICC (중심정맥관) 라인을 삽입하는 일에 이르기까지, 고인은 이곳에서 42년 동안 간호사로서 헌신적으로 환자들을 돌보셨습니다. 또한, 루이빌 지역의 상업용 부동산 시장에서도 탁월한 성과를 이루셨습니다. 그러나 무엇보다도, 주님과 친밀한 관계를 누리고, 교회를 섬기는 일에 온 힘을 다하셨습니다.

유족으로는 62년 동안 함께하신 사랑하는 남편 이현택 집사, 두 아들 켄과 샘, 두 며느리 수와 제이미, 그리고 네 손주 시드니, 이사야, 메이슨, 지아가 있습니다.
