Clara R. “Polly” Knight, 88, Born on December 22, 1925, passed away peacefully in her sleep, returning to her heavenly father on December 26, 2013. She was one of four children born to Nancy and Clarence Thomas.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fallis “Barney” Knight, and survived by four children; Jean Warren, Danny (Michelle) Warren, Linda (Robert) Henry, Janet (Ron) Williams; ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and five step children.
She is Catholic and member of Agape of Jesus, and retired from Brown and Williamson. The family expresses much gratitude to Hosparus of Louisville.
A celebration of life will be Monday 10am, December 30 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville. Visitation will be Sunday December 30 from 2-6pm at the funeral home.
