Claudetta Joyce Adams

Claudetta Joyce Adams, 87, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 with her loving family by her side. She was born to the lates' Corbin and Ruby Breeding in Isom, Kentucky on April 21, 1937. Claudetta was a long time member of Summit Heights Church and she umpired men's softball games all over Louisville for years. She loved children! She loved babysitting! She was employed by the "Parents Out Program" at Summit Heights Church, she served on the Foster Care Review Board and mentored at Englehart Elementary School.

Claudetta was preceded in death by her parents, Corbin Breeding and Ruby Maggard Breeding; and brother, Phillip Breeding.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 70 years, William; children, Hank Adams (Theresa Seay), Heather Watkins (Roland), Heidi Cauble (Darren); grandchildren, Ashley Day, Brooke Murray, Magen Watkins Little, Corbin Watkins, Emily Cauble; 10 great grandchildren, Abbi, Hadley, Zane, Nash, River, Vail, Colin, Teagen, Fallon, Quinn; several nieces, nephews, extended family; and an abundance of loving friends.

Per Claudetta's wishes she is being cremated and a private burial ceremony will be held in her hometown at a later date.
