Claudia Jean Perkins, 71, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 with her family by her side. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky, June 29, 1949 to the late Roland and Norma Phillips.
Claudia love to play bingo, camping and fishing and love to travel.
Her grandchildren were the light of her world.
Claudia was preceded in death by her brother, Butch Phillips and sister Sue Davis.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of fifty-two years, Jerry Perkins, daughter, Yvette Phillips(Darren), granddaughters, Gabrielle Phillips and Shyanne Phillips, sisters, Sharon Myers(Joe), Holly Taylor, brothers, Patrick Phillips(Tina), Shawn Phillips, and a host of many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 2-8pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home-Okolona, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, Kentucky 40219. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 11am in the chapel at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home-Okolona, with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery.
