

Cleo Tingle, 91, passed away on February 29. He was a much loved, very generous man, who enriched the lives of many. Cleo was a WWII Navy veteran, who retired from GE. He and his wife were founding members of Mother Seton Church. Cleo enjoyed cheering for the Cincinnati Reds and going to auctions to seek out his passion - lawn mowers and tractors.
Cleo is preceded in death by his wife of 44 years Margret Ann Carrico Tingle; parents, Albert and Mary Emma Lee Tingle, brothers, Herman, Woodrow, Jimmy, and Hansel Tingle and sister Beulah Lake and stepmother Mallie Tingle. Everyone will miss his easy smile, especially his children Lisa Nutt (John) and Daniel Tingle (Sheri); Grandchildren - Jessica, Katlin, and Colin Tingle and Cassie and Paul Nutt; his sister Edna Sullivan (JW) and brother Albert "Junior" Tingle and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass to celebrate Cleo's life will be held Saturday March 5 at 11:00 am in the chapel at Franciscan Center, 3625 Fern Valley Rd, followed by burial at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Visitation will also be held at Franciscan, Friday 2-8 pm and after 10:00 am Saturday.
