Connie is preceded in death by her mom, Bettie McNeil; her brother Jock "Butch" McNeil; her grandparents Cappie and Herman Mandrell; her dogs Susan and Missy; and her cat Socks.
Here to carry on her memory is her sister Charlene Flowers (Randy), Michael "Mike" McNeil (Vivian), Patricia "Patty" Huber, and Barry McNeil; her best friend Karla Browner; and a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Connie loved to watch TV, old movies, to read, and she was an avid UofL fan. She worked for Louisville Metro Police Department for years before moving onto retire from Humana.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at Park Terrace Nursing Home, who took such good care of Connie.
A visitation for Constance will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. A funeral service in Connie's honor will begin on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Connie will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park.
