Daniel "Fyrium" Hornback 32, of Louisville, passed away November 26, 2019.

Daniel was a Desktop Support Specialist for the U of L Physicians Group. He was also an avid video gamer and disc golfer. Daniel enjoyed board games, camping, spicy foods, craft beer and bourbon. What Daniel valued the most was spending time with his son, Jensen.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ophus and Doris Hornback and Kenneth and Susie Parson.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Sarah Hornback; son, Jensen Xavier Hornback; mother and step-father, Beverly Hornback and Tim Meiman; father, Tim Hornback; sister, April Ferguson (Matt); niece, Caitlin and nephew, Nathan; brother-in-law, Rick Case (Sarah); father-in-law, Rick Case (Carolyn), and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A service to celebrate the of life of Daniel will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home 6:00 pm Saturday. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until the time of the service.

In honor of Daniel, those attending are encouraged to wear Daniel's favorite colors: orange or black.
