Mr. Meredith is survived by his son, Darin Meredith; his daughter, Keatin Meredith; and his former wife, Sheila Meredith. Cremation was chosen.
His memorial service will be on Sunday at 6pm at the Arch L. Heady Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 8519 Preston Highway. Visitation will be from 12pm until the time of service.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Kentucky Humane Society.
