He was preceded in death by his son, Garry Phillip Dossett.
David was a dedicated employee at Ford Motor Company Truck Plant where he retired after 36 years. He was a loyal loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather.
He is survived by his loving wife of 76 years, Patsy Jane Houk Dossett; daughter, Sandra Dossett Wilkinson; son, Michael Dossett of CA; brothers, William A Dossett, Jr, and Richard A. Dossett; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
Funeral service will be 2PM, Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with private entombment at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 11AM-2PM Thursday till service time.
