He was preceded in death by his brother, Brian Madison.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Meredith Madison; soulmate, Katherine Block; mother, Jean Madison; father, James Madison; nieces, Candyce Block and Chanel Miranda; and many friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 25, 2015 from 2 pm- 8 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
