David Leonard Sandlin, Jr., 57, of Louisville passed away Monday June 1, 2015. He was a former employee of UPS. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Sandlin; his parents and a sister. He is survived by a daughter, Courtney Thompson (David); sister, Mary Beth Settle (Kenny); brothers, George (Kim), Thomas (Angela) and Douglas Sandlin (Donna); grandchildren, Zachary & Makenzie and many nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate David’s life will be held at 7 pm Thursday June 4, 2015 in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with cremation to follow.
