David Langdon , age 88 of Traverse City, Michigan, died March 13, 2012 at Hope Village. Born, August 25, 1923 in Pemberville, Ohio, the son of Donald & Savena Spitzer. David was a devoted son and an outstanding father! Graduating College with a Master’s in Chemical Engineering, David had a passion for morel hunting and photography. He was a supporter of the Sierra Club and retired from Eastman Kodak after 33 years of dedicated service.
He is the Loving Father of Tim Spitzer of North Carolina; dear Brother of Frank Spitzer and Larry (the late Mary Beverly) Spitzer. Also survived by a nephew, Lawrence; and two nieces, Beverly and Victoria
Funeral Services will be held noon Monday at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Road. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
