Deanna is survived by her husband, Joseph Richard Schickel; daughters Cindy Hawkins (Bruce), Becky McComis (Gary), and Virginia Schickel; son, Richard Schickel, Jr.; grandchildren, Alicia Hayes and Sean McComis; six brothers, Buddy, Wayne, Gary, Dennis, Willie, and David Anderson; three sisters, Linda Stinson, Merlina Dunn, and Susie Jenkins. She was a member of the Outer Loop Congregation of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Mrs. Schickel's funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 15th in the chapel of Evergreen Funeral Home, located at 4623 Preston Highway. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 14th from 2:00 to 8:00PM at Evergreen Funeral Home. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
