Debbie "Glammy" Lynn Osborne Paris

It is with profound sadness and endless love that we announce the passing of Deborah Lynn Osborne Paris, affectionately known as Glammy, who left this world surrounded by the love she spent a lifetime giving to others. Debbie, 71, passed away on July 17, 2026. Born July 22, 1954, a Louisville native, she lived a life full of tremendous love and laughter.

Debbie was the life of the party. She loved to dance, make friends everywhere she went and always have a good time. She would transform a room with her smile, quick wit and unmatched humor. The infectious way she could make you laugh was her super power. She never failed to draw you in and command your attention through her unique humor, facial expressions and overall fun. intelligent, compassionate, and endlessly strong, she had a remarkable way of making everyone around her feel seen, loved, and important. She always had advice, the person everyone turned to for life guidance. Beautiful, always, inside and out, she had the ability to turn any situation into a moment of laughter and happiness, and that will never be forgotten.

After a dedicated career, she retired from Bellsouth, where she worked in the Engineering Department. She was respected for her intelligence, commitment, and strong work ethic throughout her career.

Above all else, her family was her greatest joy and the most important part of her life. Glammy loved fiercely and unconditionally, always putting those she loved before herself. Her family meant everything to her. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her world, and there was nothing she cherished more than spending time with them, celebrating their accomplishments, and creating memories to be treasured for a lifetime. Glammy was abundantly proud of each one. Her grandchildren held an especially special place in her heart, their closeness will always remain in their hearts.

She was more than a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend—she was the heart of her family. Glammy was the person everyone turned to for comfort, wisdom, encouragement, and laughter. She truly was everything to everyone who knew and loved her. Her strength carried others through their hardest days. To know her was to love her. She was the best friend anyone could ever ask for—loyal, honest, selfless, and always ready to stand beside the people she loved. If she knew you, you were her friend, and that meant your friend for life-never forgetting any important part of your life, no matter how big or small, she was there. Her legacy is one of kindness, resilience, laughter, unwavering strength, and unconditional love.

She is lovingly survived by her devoted husband, Richard; her children, Brittne(Jeff) Clark, Teighlyr(Phil) Berryman, and Carsienne Paris; her sister, Diana Kopp; and her beloved grandchildren, Landon, Cameron, Brennan and Leighlynd, who were the greatest joys of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Dottie Osborne; her brother, Larry Osborne; her niece, Katrina Osborne; and her brother-in-law, Timothy Kopp.

Though our hearts are broken in her absence, her love and wisdom will live forever in our memories. And when we talk about her, we will laugh and remember how much she loved us and she is the reason we are who we are.

We love you a bushel and a peck, and a hug around the neck.

A visitation will be held at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218, on Friday, July 24, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A funeral service in Debbie's honor will start at 10:00 AM on Saturday morning, June 25, 2026, at the funeral home with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
